CAISI Domain: Case Management

Introduction

This feature would support the multi-disciplinary case management care provided by homeless care staff.

CAISI Case Management module tracks Issue, Approach, Actions, Results, Encounters, Notes and Outcomes.

This feature request is a placeholder for the following user functionality:

  1. Action tracking including planned and executed actions
  2. Encounter tracking, at which issues are addressed with actions or documented as Notes. Here Issue tracking, with current Approach and Outcome features can be reached.
  3. Case management review functionality where planned actions and performed action with results are tracked. Also, here Issue tracking, with current Approach and Outcome features can be reached.
