CAISI Domain: Case Management
Introduction
This feature would support the multi-disciplinary case management care provided by homeless care staff.
CAISI Case Management module tracks Issue, Approach, Actions, Results, Encounters, Notes and Outcomes.
This feature request is a placeholder for the following user functionality:
- Action tracking including planned and executed actions
- Encounter tracking, at which issues are addressed with actions or documented as Notes. Here Issue tracking, with current Approach and Outcome features can be reached.
- Case management review functionality where planned actions and performed action with results are tracked. Also, here Issue tracking, with current Approach and Outcome features can be reached.
