Original Service Restriction Requirement
Original Service Restriction Requirement
-
At the case management encounter screen add a link to a new page, which allows the listing, creating, and disabling of service restrictions for a client's admissions to a program.
- The listing of service restrictions should be broken down by "active" versus "past/disabled" service restrictions.
- Service restrictions have a start, and end date, comment, and an associated list of programs, and the creator of the restriction.
- The user may only create, list, or disable service restrictions on programs within their program domain.
- Modifications of service restrictions should be stored and listed in the service restriction list.
- At admission if the client is service restricted for the program, a pop-up appears which indicates that the client cannot be admitted to this program.
o If the user has no override privileges, the message indicates that the user must contact an individual with override privileges o If the user has override privileges, an option is given to admit the client despite the override. A reason/comment must be entered. A coloured note or icon beside the admission date in the admission history for the client should, on clicking, reveal the reason for a override.
- Add override privileges as one of the available privileges in administration.
