2000 - Formal fusion of administration between SMH and Seaton House, nursing and health care staffing reorganized at Seaton House led by Tomislav Svoboda, Toby Druce and Arthur Manuel with contributions to new programming by Daniel Anstett, David Joyce, Jennifer Rochester and others to reflect specialization for high needs clients at Seaton House
2001 - University of Toronto, SMH, Rotary Club of Toronto Teaching Infirmary started in the Annex program development led by Arthur Manuel, Philipi Berger, Kim Chow, Karen Smith, Tomislav Svoboda
2002 - SHIFE grant develops formal intake and triage process at Seaton House as well as further integration pathways between SMH and Seaton House.
