Different download options

There are a number of ways for you to install OSCAR:

1. Install OSCAR on a Ubuntu 8.04LTS server:

download OSCAR source code from Sourceforge
follow this installation guide EXACTLY

2. Thanks to Terry Bordeleau you can install OSCAR directly:

from an iso image of the ubuntu-oscar install CD; Root password is "oscar"
or you can install this vmware image and run it under vmware. Apparently it will run also in VirtualBox.
