1. Document Section Enhancements
  1.1 Modify to include two levels of lab results - ack and file.
  1.2 Tabs in main for consultations, lab, radiology, other.
  1.3 Tabs viewable from e-chart rather than having to click on documents.
  1.4 Have scanned info show up for review by MD (as labs do) and have it
        linked automatically to the patient's chart.
  1.5 Have documents listed with the following headers:
        Consultations: service, specialist, date of visit, additional comments
        Radiology: test, date of visit, additional comments
        Laboratory: see lab module
        Misc: description, date, additional comments
  1.6 Have option to acknowledge, acknowledge and file, acknowledge with
        comment, and delete (if added by mistake).


2. Lab Module enhancements
  2.1 Have labs shown chronologically on same screen.
  2.2 Give option to delete current labs or scanned info from chart.
  2.3 Have options for acknowledge, ack + comment, ack + file.
  2.4 Have lab module always connected to the e-Chart so when you click on
       a lab, it will open as a small window on the patient's chart automatically.
  2.5 When entering comment, option button to send message
  2.6 Ability to enter manual data into lab results


3. Prescription Module enhancements
  3.1 Update the drug database.
  3.2 Have drug name and dose searchable.
  3.3 Directions to be typed in rather than windows.
  3.4 Have "smart memory" for typing of drug directions.
  3.5 Eliminate redundant clicking when printing.
  3.6 Options from the drug list: prescribe, change, delete drug.
  3.7 Options to print, print and paste, paste only the  Rx into chart.
  3.8 Have option to paste into e-Chart.
  3.9 Colour code for pasting into the e-Chart.
