How to Add Allergy Injection Measurement Group
1) go to: Admin/oscarEncounter/Customize oscarMeasurements
2) Add
Measurement Type
- Type: ALL1
- Type Description: Allergy 1
- Display Name: Allergy
1
- Measuring Instruction: Vial 1
- Validation: numeric value: 0-1
3) click on "Add"
4) repeat
Steps 2-3, substituting the "ALL1" with "ALL2", then "ALL3" (without
the quotes)
5) Go to "Add Measuring Instruction"
6) select Type: Allergy 1, then
- Measuring
Instruction: Vial 2
- Validation: numeric value: 0-1
7) click
on "Add"
8) while you're still in the same window, repeat Steps 6-7,
substituting "Vial 2" with "Vial 3", then "Vial 4" (we actually had to
add in Vial 0 too)
9) Repeat Steps 6-8, substituting "Allergy 1"
with "Allergy 2", then "Allergy
3"
10) Go to "Add Measurement Group"
11) I typed in "AI" (without
the quotes) into the name field, and left the style sheet field blank,
then clicked on Continue
12) select "Allergy 1", "Allergy
2", and "Allergy 3" from the left and clicked
on "Add"
