New Features: Ability to move input boxes, change input boxes' size, aligning input boxes, auto-loading signature images, freehand signing signatures, updated oscarDB list, importing/exporting measurements, customizing autonaming prefixes, using oscarDB tags when autonaming.

- Known problems: Don't over-do the freehand signature feature, it may crash if you draw too many strokes or undo too many times. The signature images may not resize properly the first time it loads, you may have to click on it again to fit it inside the signature box. Error in line 3 corrected, May15/11, JY.
