A Standard Rich Text Letter
This eForm provides a method to produce multipage letters with markup attributes including bold, font size, underline, italic and database lookups that allow for pasting of attending doctor, referral doctor and patient information. All the button images (.png), the javascript (.js) the help file (editor_help.html) and the templates (blank.html, MissedAppointment.html, certificate.html, narcotic.html, custom.html and so on) need to get uploaded into your images folder. The main editor file (Editor-For-XX.html) needs to be uploaded as a form. This version is tuned for Firefox and works the best with FF2+. IE Chrome and Opera browsers have been tested and will open and write letters, but may not have all the bells and whistles supported. The latest version has 26 formatting functions and support to back port spelling for IE. Cut and paste are supported through keyboard shortcuts as they are variably implemented across browsers.

- A file with the default formatting for your letters when you start typing before you make any selections. Default is the Times face, with the font set to 1em (16 pixels), and white background. This file is required by editControl.js
- certificate.html
- A template for a work note certificate on letterhead.
- consult.html
- A template for a consult letter to the patients doctor.
- MissedAppointment.html
- A template for a letter to send to a patient who misses appointments.
- narcotic.html
- A template for a narcotic contract for the patient who has been placed on narcotics for chronic pain.
- custom.html
- A template demonstrating most of the placeholder fields and instructions on how to make your own templates.
- Editor-For-BC.html v 0.9
- This editor is like Editor-For-ON.html including template support and works in all versions of Oscar in any province. However it lacks referral letter support. Use this one if Editor-For-ON.html gives you the Oscar purple screen

- Requires the apconfig.xml file that comes with OSCAR 9_6. For use in BC requires the apconfig.xml that comes with OSCAR 9_12. For patching instructions for other versions of OSCAR please contact me. Version 1.2 is a minor bug fix and adds a [Print & Save] button
