Graphical eform to document a genogram. You'll need to upload "Genogram.png", "jsgraphics.js", "mouse.js", and "GenogramScripts.js" into the images section, and upload "Genogram.png" into the eform section.
Surface Anatomy
Lets you document findings on a surface anatomy diagram. You'll need to upload the "SurfaceAnatomy.png", "jsgraphics.js" and "mouse.js" files under the images section, and upload the "SurfaceAnatomy.html" file under the eforms section.
