Tips on using the e-forms

Tips on using these eForms:

- please note that the forms that I made were designed for the Firefox browser.  Some of the functions (such as the forms that let you draw things), does not work on internet explorer!

- to optimize the printing size, please set the page margins of your browser to "0" (File/Page Setup), and select "Shrink to fit page width"

Additional Tips on uploading e-form images

To upload an image (e.g. RheumatoidMan.png) this website does not allow for an easy 'save file' option (at least for me using firefox and internet explorer when using a PC!). To save the image file, open the file by clicking on the image link to display the image in your browser, then right click on the image and select 'save image as' (or for Internet explorer users right click 'save picture as') then proceed to save onto your hard drive. You can then proceed as per the upload instructions.
