CONSULTATION REPORT

This report gives a list of requested consultations and their status

  1. Click ‘Consultation Report’ in the Report tab
  2. Select the number of months from the drop-down menu
  3. Select the provider from the drop-down menu
  4. Click ‘UPDATE REPORT’
