OSCAR BC has an active user group that communicates regularly on a list serve, by monthly teleconference and regular meetings approximately every 6 months
Toronto - CAISI (Client Access to Integrated Services and Information) has a team of programmers working on integrating OSCAR with the University Health Network's PRO portal. Many of the agencies providing services to the Toronto's homeless population have signed on to this project. They are also developing a module for Residential/Treatment Program Management System - a Case Management model. Their Open development model is particular interesting in that the users of the system can give direct feedback to the development team via a built-in feedback function on the application pages.
