participation...anonymous participation is promising...all want to keep bugzilla
and consider starting an OSCAR bugzilla and migrating certain CAISI bugzilla
products over...
Group agreed to try Yahoo forum - OSCAR-user and
OSCAR-dev as a public forum for users and developpers.

5) Vijay/Tomislav work on web indexed feedback linking to Yahoo groups -> Johan
