CAISI

The Client Access to Integrated Services and Information (CAISI) Project aims to help end chronic homelessness by enhancing the integration of care between agencies at the individual and population levels using an electronic information system. The project includes: 1) The development of the open source system software. 2) Building community and agency capacity in using the system to integrate care between agencies.
