Meeting between Quattro / CAISI / OSCAR

Source forge is the main trunk - all new code committed there after being manually tested by developers
QA:
individual development groups do their own Release candidate testing - UAT, then production environment testing

- versioning: will have version named after the month e.g. Oct release, the final name is the day of the final date of the release, no matter when the release is deployed at an agency it keeps the same version number e.g. Oct 19 2007 can be implemented in Dec and still be called Oct 19 2007. CAISI and OSCAR can give these version names

- Jay will set up OSCAR Canada initial CAISI page - done
- Tomislav and Pamela will migrate CAISI wiki material to plone site
- all will subscrbie to OSCAR devel and user on sourceforge
- Pamela to decide on names for mailing lists for users and userdeveloppers
- Jay will set up Hudson in the OSCAR environment
- Tomislav to explore having a server environments
- Jason to cancel our eapps when we have transferred wiki Servers:Qa1, Qa2, devel, Hudson, demo )
- bug tracking - start using sourceforge bugtracking
