OSCAR Canada Users Society
In 2007 a new not-for-profit society was registered in the Province of British Columbia called "OSCAR Canada Users' Society".
Mission Statement:
The Oscar Canada Users Society (OCUS) is a community of people dedicated to fostering the growth of the OSCAR Users Community, and OSCAR users' satisfaction with OSCAR. OSCAR is a suite of Open Source applications including an Electronic Medical Record. OCUS is a cooperative social network which serves to channel helpful information among OSCAR users. OCUS also gathers and collates user input for feedback to OSCAR developers."
